Product Overview

Tear fluid, one of the most valuable noninvasive biofluids, is produced by the lacrimal glands, conjunctival goblet cells, and associated ocular glands. Its protein composition reflects ocular surface immunity, inflammatory conditions, and tear film homeostasis. However, the physicochemical properties of tears present several challenges for efficient protein extraction.
