1. Sample Type: A variety of sample types are accepted, including plasma, serum, saliva, urine, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and purified peptides.
2. Sample Quality: Samples should be free of particulates, high salt, strong acidic or basic substances, metal ions, or detergents to ensure optimal chromatographic separation and ionization.
3. Volume or Weight Requirement: Provide at least 200 μL of liquid sample or 20 mg of tissue. Additional material is recommended for replicates.
