Sample Submission Guidelines
MtoZ Biolabs accepts a wide range of biological and synthetic sample types for peptidomics analysis, including but not limited to:
To ensure optimal results, we recommend:
1. A minimum peptide/protein amount of 50–200 µg for standard analyses (label-free or labeling-based), depending on the project scope
2. Sample concentration ≥1 µg/µL for LC-MS/MS-based workflows
3. Avoidance of detergents (e.g., SDS) and high salt concentrations during sample preparation
4. Providing detailed sample background information (species, treatment, expected modifications, etc.)
