    Sample Submission Suggestions

    1. Quality Verification: Before submitting immunoprecipitated samples for mass spectrometry analysis, approximately 10% of the eluate should be run on an SDS-PAGE gel, stained with Coomassie, and validated by Western blot to confirm the presence of the bait protein or other positive controls. Please send these gel and blot images to our technical team for confirmation before submitting the remaining 90% of the samples for LC-MS/MS analysis.

    2. Experimental Replicates: To ensure statistical significance, we recommend at least three biological replicates with appropriate controls.

    3. Sample Specifications: All tubes must be clearly labeled and properly sealed. Submission instructions must include detailed sample information such as species name, experimental conditions, and other relevant details.

    4. Shipping Conditions: Samples must be shipped with sufficient dry ice to ensure low-temperature preservation and prevent degradation during transport.
