Mass Spectrometry-Based Service

Mass spectrometry (MS) is a powerful analytical technology widely applied in proteomics, metabolomics, and biopharmaceutical characterization. By measuring the mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of ions, MS enables the identification of unknown compounds, the quantification of known targets, and the elucidation of molecular structures or chemical properties. These capabilities make it an indispensable tool in modern life sciences research.

MtoZ Biolabs specializes in proteomics and provides a comprehensive Mass Spectrometry-Based Service platform. By integrating advanced instrumentation with a skilled scientific team, we deliver reliable, reproducible, and publication-ready results, from experimental design to data interpretation.

    Services at MtoZ Biolabs

A typical mass spectrometry system consists of an ion source, a mass analyzer, and an ion detector. In protein research, commonly used ionization techniques include electrospray ionization (ESI) and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI). ESI is suitable for generating multiply charged ions for detailed fragmentation analysis, while MALDI offers rapid analysis with relatively low sample requirements. Based on our MS platform, MtoZ Biolabs provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

LC-MS Analysis Service Native MS Analysis  HDX MS Service
LC-ESI-MS/MS Analysis Service MALDI-TOF MS Analysis Service GC-MS Analysis Service
