PD-L1-Expressed Exosome Modification Service

    Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is an essential immune checkpoint protein broadly expressed on the surface of various tumor cells. PD-L1 binds to PD-1 on T cells, significantly suppressing T cell activation, proliferation, and cytotoxic functions, thereby facilitating immune evasion by tumor cells.
