Carbohydrates, including monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides, are widely distributed in living systems. They function not only as energy storage molecules and structural components but also as regulators of molecular recognition, signaling, and immune interactions. Carbohydrates are far more structurally diverse than nucleic acids or proteins because they are built through complex enzymatic processes rather than direct genetic templates.
This complexity is the foundation of glycomics, the systematic study of all glycans within a cell, tissue, or organism. Glycomics aims to decode how carbohydrate structures contribute to health, disease, and metabolic regulation, and it has become indispensable in fields such as pharmaceuticals, food science, agriculture, and basic biology. The Mass Spectrometry-Based Glycomics Analysis Service provides a professional platform for comprehensive glycan identification, quantification, structural characterization, and metabolic analysis.
Service at MtoZ Biolabs
MtoZ Biolabs offers a Mass Spectrometry-Based Glycomics Analysis Service that translates the complexity of glycomics into actionable insights through advanced mass spectrometry platforms and rigorous analytical workflows. Our Mass Spectrometry-Based Glycomics Analysis Service is designed to deliver accurate and reproducible glycan data that supports a wide range of scientific and industrial needs.
We provide comprehensive solutions covering three major areas: precise identification of glycan compositions, quantitative assessment of glycan abundances, and in-depth structural analysis to reveal branching, linkage, and isomeric variations. In addition, we offer targeted investigations into glycan-related metabolic pathways to help clients understand how carbohydrate dynamics shape biological processes and product performance.
