    Spermine Analysis Service

      Spermine is a linear polyamine compound, with a chemical structure composed of four nitrogen atoms and three methylene (-CH₂-) chains. Spermine is primarily synthesized through the arginine pathway in organisms, as a further metabolic product of putrescine and spermidine. It exhibits a wide range of biological activities, including regulating DNA stability, protein synthesis, cell proliferation, and apoptosis, and also plays a role in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory responses. Its metabolites, including putrescine and spermidine, are equally important in regulating cell growth, gene expression, and signal transduction.       Serum, plasma, urine, tissues, and other biological samples. It is necessary to select more than 3 materials with the same condition for each sample. 

       

      2. Sample Volume

      • Animal tissue ≥ 100 mg
      • Plant tissue ≥ 200 mg
      • Serum/ Plasma ≥ 200 μL
      • Urine ≥ 2 mL

       

      3. Sample Preservation

      Samples should be stored at -80°C to maintain stability.
