    Peonidin-3-O-5-O-(6-O-coumaroyl)-diglucoside is a type of anthocyanin, which are naturally occurring compounds that give plants their vibrant colors. Predominantly found in a variety of fruits and vegetables, it contributes to the rich, deep purple and red hues.
