N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is a modification occurring at the N6 position of adenosine. It is the most prevalent and abundant internal modification in eukaryotic mRNA and long non-coding RNA. m6A modification is a reversible process regulated by "writers" (methyltransferases), "erasers" (demethylases), and "readers" (proteins that recognize m6A modification). m6A plays crucial roles in various physiological and pathological processes, such as RNA stability and degradation, splicing, export, localization, translation, and secondary structure formation.

m6A modification has been implicated in a variety of diseases including cancer, neurological disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, understanding the global alteration of m6A modification landscape and the functional consequences is of great interest in both basic biological research and clinical applications.
At MtoZ Biolabs, we provide comprehensive N6-methyladenosine analysis service employing LC-MS/MS, with the features of high sensitivity, high specificity, and high-throughput. Our m6A analysis service can help you to thoroughly investigate the characteristic and function of m6A, thus facilitating your research in RNA epigenetics.
