EMR Native MS-based Molecular Weight Identification Service

Accurate molecular weight analysis is essential for understanding the structure, function, and interactions of biological macromolecules and complex assemblies. Traditional mass spectrometry techniques face limitations when analyzing large molecules, often struggling to handle molecules and protein complexes that exceed conventional mass ranges. EMR (Extended Mass Range) Native MS overcomes these challenges by extending the mass range of mass spectrometry, enabling precise analysis of larger molecules while preserving their native structure and biological function. This technology is particularly suited for analyzing large protein complexes, polymers, and nucleic acid-protein complexes, offering powerful support for studying the dynamic changes, interactions, and functions of macromolecules within biological systems.

MtoZ Biolabs' EMR native MS molecular weight analysis service is specifically designed for the precise molecular weight determination of large molecules and complex biological assemblies. By extending the mass analysis range of mass spectrometers, this service enables effective analysis of ultra-high molecular weight molecules that are beyond the reach of traditional mass spectrometry techniques. It is particularly suitable for the study of protein complexes, polymeric proteins, macromolecular drugs, and other high-molecular-weight biological macromolecules.

    Why Choose MtoZ Biolabs?

    Extended Mass Range

EMR Native MS extends the mass range beyond the capabilities of conventional mass spectrometers, allowing for the analysis of molecules with much larger masses, making it especially useful for analyzing macromolecular complexes, protein aggregates, DNA/RNA complexes, and more.

    Preserved Native Structure

This technology enables the analysis of molecules in their native state without disrupting their structure, providing valuable insights into the natural state of macromolecules. This is crucial for studying their interactions, folding, and functions within biological systems.

    Broad Applicability

EMR Native MS is not limited to proteins and their complexes. It can also be applied to the study of nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids, and various other biomolecules, covering their molecular weight and structural analysis.

    High Sensitivity

With high-resolution mass spectrometry equipment, EMR Native MS can precisely resolve multiple molecules of different masses within complex samples, greatly enhancing the accuracy and sensitivity of the data.

    Applications

Determining the molecular weight of protein complexes

    Analyzing protein-drug complexes

    Sample Storage and Transport

    • All samples should be shipped under cold chain conditions, particularly for proteins, nucleic acids, and their complexes. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of samples.
    • Samples should be stored at -20°C or -80°C, with dry ice or ice packs used during transport to maintain low temperatures.

For other sample types not listed above, MtoZ Biolabs also offers customized analysis services. Please contact us for detailed sample requirements and technical support.
