      Analysis Workflow

      The PCR-based antibody sequencing method employs polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to amplify antibody gene fragments using specific primers. The amplification products are then sequenced using Sanger sequencing or next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. The workflow includes the following steps:

       

      1. Sample Extraction

      Extracting RNA or DNA from sources such as cells, tissues, or blood samples.

       

      2. Reverse Transcription and PCR Amplification

      For RNA samples, cDNA is synthesized via reverse transcription, followed by PCR amplification using specific primers. Then direct PCR amplification is performed for DNA samples.

      4. Sequencing
