    Oligonucleotide Sequence Analysis Service

      Advancements in mass spectrometry have greatly enhanced the identification of oligonucleotide sequences. Within high-resolution mass spectrometers, oligonucleotide molecules are broken down into fragment ions with specific mass-to-charge (m/z) ratios. Analyzing these ions allows for the deduction of the original nucleotide sequences. MtoZ Biolabs, utilizing Thermo's Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer in conjunction with Nano-LC nanoscale chromatography, has developed a method for precise oligonucleotide sequence analysis.
