    Petunidin-3-O-5-O-(6-O-coumaroyl)-diglucoside Analysis Service

      Petunidin-3-O-5-O-(6-O-coumaroyl)-diglucoside is a derivative of anthocyanin-3,5-diglucoside with the molecular formula C37H39O19+. It comprises a petunidin core bound to two glucose molecules, each further esterified with a p-coumaroyl group at the 6-position. This compound is prevalent in plants, especially petunias, where it significantly influences flower coloration, providing stable purple or blue hues and robust antioxidant properties. It is typically extracted and purified using solvent extraction and liquid chromatography techniques.
