    Petunidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside) Analysis Service

      Petunidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl-β-D-glucoside) is a complex anthocyanin compound with the molecular formula C25H25O14+. It features a petunidin core linked to a glucoside at the 3-position, which is further esterified with a malonyl group at the 6-position. This compound is primarily found in dark-colored fruits and flowers, such as grapes, blueberries, and certain ornamental flowers, imparting vivid red, blue, or purple hues to these plants.
