Deep Blood 4D-DIA Proteomics Service
Deep blood 4D-DIA proteomics is an innovative omics technology designed for the in-depth analysis of low-abundance proteins within blood samples. Blood is the most frequently tested specimen in clinical practice, and its protein alterations serve as critical biomarkers for various diseases, offering essential information for clinical diagnostics. Recent advancements in mass spectrometry have facilitated the screening of novel blood biomarkers through omics approaches, positioning mass spectrometry-based high-throughput blood proteomics as a vital tool in tumor research, immune disorders, cardiometabolic diseases, and reproductive health.
MtoZ Biolabs offers Deep Blood 4D-DIA Proteomics Service, which combines the benefits of nanoparticle-specific enrichment for low-abundance proteins with the data-independent acquisition (DIA) methodology to enable comprehensive blood sample analysis. This specialized enrichment technique greatly enhances the identification depth of low-abundance proteins, thereby advancing biomarker discovery and enabling tumor liquid biopsy applications. Through the refinement of sample preparation methods, mass spectrometry protocols, and data analysis techniques, our process can identify over 2000 proteins in a single blood sample, with the potential to reach 3000, while multi-sample analyses can identify more than 4000 proteins, making it ideal for clinical investigations.
